Executive Director - CMD’s Office
Zayd Noaman is the latest entrant among the 2nd generation of Razack’s at the Prestige Group and has been initiated in the business as a mentee to the Chairman and Managing Director, Mr. Irfan Razack. He was appointed as an Executive Director of PEPL in August 2015 and is attached with the CMD’s office. Whilst assisting the Chairman, he is also responsible for the sales and marketing of commercial office space beginning with the successful launch of Prestige Technostar. In addition to his full-time role, Zayd is spearheading an important urban transformation project aimed at improving public spaces and uplifting community life.
He is currently focusing on land acquisition, land ownership and investor relations within the company. Zayd is also an integral part of the Steering Committee of “Falcon 2.0”, an initiative driven by CFO – Mr. Venkat K. Narayan to roll-out a new enterprise system for the organisation.
Prior to joining the Prestige Group, Zayd spent over two years in Singapore at CapitaLand where his responsibilities included assisting with financial modelling, project presentations to investors, tenancy co-ordination and liaising between internal teams and external consultants and contractors. His work involved assisting the Development Managers in two major mixed-use development projects – Westgate & Bedok. These projects collectively valued at over SGD$2 Billion, encompassed retail, commercial and residential components integrated with public transport services.
While completing his undergraduate degree, Zayd began his career at J.P. Morgan Chase with an internship in 2009, where he designed an innovation engine to monetize intellectual assets for a workforce of over 11,000 employees. His valuable contribution earned him a subsequent opportunity at the enterprise in 2010, where he designed a reporting mechanism to provide objective commentary on the key performance indicators of their “Global Service Centre”. His initial exposure to the Indian market had borne fortitude while learning the key fundamentals of the Bombay Stock Exchange and real estate lending practices at Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services Investsmart in 2008.
Zayd holds a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Finance and Accounting from Bentley University in Boston, Massachusetts. He is proficient at playing the tabla, passionate about running marathons and enjoys experiencing new cultures.
