MARKETING

Job Title: Marketing Executive
Reports to: Manager-Business Development
Job Summary:
Assisting the Manager-Business Development and Marketing team with devising strategy, planning, development, implementation and execution for specific marketing projects.

Person Specification:
Qualification: Preferably a first class MBA (Marketing) graduate.

Experience:
Should possess 2+ years experience in Sales/Business Development in construction industry (preferably). Freshers with a good orientation towards marketing will be considered

Job Summary:
Responsible for the execution of the assigned residential and commercial projects.

Person Specification:
Qualification: Should be a first class B.E (civil) graduate. Any other additional civil engineering courses are desirable.

Experience:
Should possess 5-9 years experience in construction industry.

• Knowledge of design processes/methods and ability to contribute to the design of the project.
• Knowledge of state-of-the-art technical skills in materials/methods for all applicable engineering, architectural, and construction areas.
• Good construction management, time management, project management skills.

• Ability to assist GM-Projects in reviewing quantities, costs, accuracy of specification, completeness.
• Ability to deal/communicate effectively with others.

• Challan handing

• Strong basics in accounting.
• Knowledge of tally and other related accounting packages
