V Gopal, Sr. VP - Projects & Planning
Mr. V Gopal (BE, CIE, Fellow, Institution of Engineers) joined as Senior Engineer in the year 1992 and was promoted to Chief Engineer in the year 1993 and was given the responsibility of handling all projects. He was promoted as GM-Projects in the year 2000 for the sheer commitment and dedication he had shown towards his work. He has been instrumental in completing many projects by heading the Engineering department. From 2004, he is the VP-Projects & Planning heading a team of 130 qualified engineers.

Swaroop Anish, Sr. VP - Business Development
Mr. Swaroop Anish started his career with Prestige as Assistant Manager-Marketing in the year 1996 and is now heading the marketing team of 25 people as VP-Business Development. He was promoted as General Manager-Marketing in the year 2000 before he become Vice President-Business Development in the year 2004. He is associated with Prestige for the past 10 years and is instrumental for delivering higher customer satisfaction with utmost effectiveness.

Arvind Pai, VP - Legal
Mr. T Arvind Pai joined the Company as Manager-Legal in June 1999. He was promoted as Sr. Manager - Legal in the year 2001 and subsequently as General Manager - Legal in the year 2003. He is now the Vice President - Legal. As head of the legal department, he is responsible for overall functioning of the department of the Company and he is in the senior management level of the Company.

Shivaprasad Naik, AVP - Corporate Finance & Accounts
Mr. Shivaprasad Naik joined Prestige in the year 1996 as Assistant Manager-Accounts. He is working as GM-Corporate Finance & Accounts now handling the overall Banking & Finance related matters for Prestige. He has been promoted from Assistant Manager to Manager in the year 2001 and then to General Manager in the year 2005.

 
Lt. Col. Sree Kumar (Retd.) -  PPMS
Lt. Col. Sree Kumar(Retd.) joined the Company as Sr. Maintenance Manager in June 1998. He got promoted as General Manager - Maintenance in the year 2003 and subsequently as Vice President - Property Management in the year 2004. As head of Maintenance Division, he is responsible for post construction management of all the properties developed by the company and is leading a large team of property managers, engineers, supervisors, technicians, security and soft service personnel ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.

 
Subramanyam - Prestige Leisure Resorts
Mr. Subramanyam joined Prestige in the year 2002 as Chief Accountant. He is working as Chief Financial Officer now handling the overall Banking, Finance & Accounts related matters for Prestige Leisure Resorts, one of the group company of Prestige Group. He was promoted from Chief Accountant to Chief Financial & Operation Manager in the year 2003.

 
Royston Hendricks - Morph Design Company
Mr. Royston Hendricks started his career with Prestige as Project Coordinator in the year 1997 to basically coordinate the site activities. He was promoted as Manager - Interiors in the year 2000. He is associated with Prestige for the past 9 years and is fully responsible for the execution of works as per the drawings.
