Rules & Regulations

> The management of The Oasis Club, UB City and Oakwood Premier Prestige, Bangalore reserve the right to change or modify the terms and conditions or benefits of membership at any time after giving due notice.

>  The Oasis Club Gym Membership is strictly non-transferable. When availing any benefits, the membership card must be produced at the reception.

>  Membership of the Gym does not entitle the member to any credit facility. Payment must be made by cash or credit card before the commencement of the membership.

>  Cancellations will not be entertained after the Membership Card has been issued.

> The Oasis Club Gym Membership is a personal membership and is non-transferable. Benefits awarded to the card member are personal to the member. Lending/transferring the card or its privileges to any other party is not permissible. In the event of misuse, the Management reserves the right to withdraw membership/privileges and retain/recall the Club Membership Card.

>  In the event of loss/theft of the Membership Card, the member must inform The Oasis Club immediately in writing. A new card will then be issued to the member within a week at an administrative fee of 200/- This card will be valid for the remainder of the membership period.

> The Oasis Club Gym Membership may be amended or withdrawn, if necessary, to comply with applicable statutory rules and regulations.

>  All applications for Gym Membership shall be subjected to management approval. The Oasis Club reserves the right to reject the application without providing any reason whatsoever. Payments once processed is non-refundable.

>  All members of the Gym will conduct themselves in an acceptable manner and in accordance with the rules and regulations or any other guidelines set out by the Operators/Management and failure of the member to comply with the same, may lead to expulsion.

>  Membership of the Gym is open to individuals above the age of 18 years.

All disputes arising out of the Oasis Club Membership shall be referred for arbitration to the General Manager or his/her nominee. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties.
