TERMS AND CONDITIONS

> The Management of the Oasis Club, Oakwood Premier Prestige & UB City reserve the right to change or modify the terms and     conditions or benefits of membership at any time after giving due notice.

> The Oasis Club membership is strictly non-transferable. When availing any benefits, the membership card must be produced at the     reception.

> Membership of the Oasis Club does not entitle the member to any credit facility. Payment must be made by cash or credit card on     presentation of the bill.

> Cancellations will not be entertained once the membership card has been issued.

> The Oasis Club Membership is a personal membership and is non-transferable. Benefits awarded to the card member are personal to     the member. Lending/transferring the card or its privileges to any other party is not permissible. In the event of misuse, the     Management reserves the right to withdraw the membership privileges and retain/recall the Club Membership Card.

> In the event of loss of the Membership Card, the member must inform Oasis Club immediately in writing. A new card will then be     issued to the member within a week, at an Administrative Fee of 200/-. This card will be valid for the remainder of the     Membership period.

> All Membership benefits enclosed in the Membership Pack are for one time usage only and have to be utilized in full and cannot be     exchanged for cash or any other services.

> The Oasis Club Members are entitled to the 20% Discount on SPA Services only.

> The Oasis Club Membership may be amended or withdrawn, if necessary, to comply with applicable statutory rules and regulations.

All disputes arising out of the Oasis Club Membership shall be referred for arbitration to the General Manager or his/her nominee. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on all parties involved.
