5. What are the privileges of the Unit Owners?

All Owners/Occupants of Augusta Golf Village will be entitled to make use of the Golf Course at no Additional Cost as long as they remain Owners/Occupants. However, all Owners shall be required to bear Green Fee, Course Maintenance Charges and other such Customary Charges associated with Golf Club Membership as decided by the Agency appointed for the Management of the Course, from time to time. The Agency could permit outsiders to play golf on a chargeable basis, to subsidise the Maintenance Cost of the Course. All revenues arising from the usage of the Golf Course shall be used for maintenance of the Golf Course.

6. How do I book my home at Prestige Augusta Golf Village?

  • Payment schedule will be provided on signing of the application form

7. What happens thereafter?

You will be required to issue Post Dated Cheques (PDCs) for the remaining amount within 30 days against which a formal letter of allotment will be issued. Agreements will follow after completion of the allotment process.

8. Can I make a 100% down payment?

9. How are instalments to be paid and is it time bound?

Instalments are to be paid by way of Post Dated Cheques which is a pre-condition of the allotment. This schedule of payment is not linked to the progress of construction but is to be made on a time bound basis, since the delivery date has already been established

10. What happens if I cancel my booking?

Why would you want to miss out on such a strategically located and meticulously designed project? However, if you do wish to cancel after booking, 2% of the sale value will be forfeited before Agreements and 15% of the sale value will be forfeited after agreements are executed as cancellation fee and the balance will be returned (subject to statutory deductions) without interest. Cancellation will attract GST as applicable.

11. Are modifications permitted in the unit?

The specifications and designs have been carefully worked out. Considering the number of units and the delivery date, customization will not be possible in the collective interest of the purchasers.

12. Is the title of the property clear?

Of course! You are dealing with Prestige. The land is freehold, marketable and free from all encumbrances

13. Has the plan been approved by the Bangalore Development Authority (BDA)?

Yes, the Development plan has been sanctioned by the BDA, vide TPM: DLP-21/2012-13/1197/2012-13 dated 24/06/2013.

14. What is the process of registration and when does registration take place?

Registration will be done only on completion of the development and on payment of the entire sale consideration including the additional charges. Registration will be facilitated by us through an advocate appointed by Prestige.

15. What are the additional amounts to be paid?

BESCOM & BWSSB charges, GST, Generator charges, Khata assessment charges, Registration charges, Sinking fund, Advance maintenance charges and any other statutory charges/ duties as applicable.

16. Who will take care of the maintenance of Prestige Augusta Golf Village?

The maintenance will be taken care of by Prestige Property Management & Services, until formation of the Owners’ Association. Thereafter, the Association can continue to appoint PPMS for Maintenance on a contract basis

17. What is the scheme for maintenance?

Owners will have to pay advance Maintenance Charges on completion, covering 12 months from the date the Units are ready for occupation. Thereafter Maintenance Charges will have to be paid monthly/quarterly.

The scheme for maintenance is as under:

A sum of Rs. 50/- per sqft. Will be charged as the advance Maintenance Fee for the first year at the time of closing of your account. From the second year onwards, Maintenance Charges will be levied as decided by the Association/Prestige Property Management and Services. All future payments are to be made favoring the Property.

An additional sum of Rs. 50/- per sqft. Corresponding to the super built area will be collected as Sinking Fund. This amount will be deposited in an Escrow Account and the accruals will be used for major expenditure.
