What are the privileges of the Unit Owners?

All revenues arising from the usage of the Golf Course shall be used for maintenance of the Golf Course.

Prestige Augusta Golf Village features a Clubhouse with a Gymnasium, Yoga/Aerobics Room, Swimming Pool, Party Hall, Tennis Court, Squash Court, Badminton Court, Table Tennis, Billiards, Home Theatre, Library Space, Lounge Bar and Cafeteria. There is also a Jogging Track, Kids’ Play Area and Provision of Space for a Supermarket/Convenience Store.

All owners become automatic members of the Clubhouse without any Additional Cost/Membership Fee. All the Owners/Occupants of Prestige Augusta Golf Village shall be entitled to make use of the Clubhouse, on an availability basis by paying User/Subscription Charges as prescribed by the Agency appointed for the maintenance of the Common Areas and facilities and/or the Agency operating the Clubhouse, from time to time. These facilities are only open to Owners of Units, and will be operated by the Developer or the Agency appointed by the Developer for a Fee. What happens thereafter?

You will be required to issue Post Dated Cheques (PDCs) for the remaining amount within 30 days against which a formal letter of allotment will be issued. Agreements will follow after completion of the allotment process.

Can I make a 100% down payment?

How are instalments to be paid and is it time bound?

Instalments are to be paid by way of Post Dated Cheques which is a pre-condition of the allotment. This schedule of payment is not linked to the progress of construction but is to be made on a time bound basis, since the delivery date has already been established

What happens if I cancel my booking?

Why would you want to miss out on such a strategically located and meticulously designed project? However, if you do wish to cancel after booking, 2% of the sale value will be forfeited before Agreements and 15% of the sale value will be forfeited after agreements are executed as cancellation fee and the balance will be returned (subject to statutory deductions) without interest. Cancellation will attract GST as applicable.

Are modifications permitted in the unit?

The specifications and designs have been carefully worked out. Considering the number of units and the delivery date, customization will not be possible in the collective interest of the purchasers.

Is the title of the property clear?

Of course! You are dealing with Prestige. The land is freehold, marketable and free from all encumbrances

Has the plan been approved by the Bangalore Development Authority (BDA)?

Yes, the Development plan has been sanctioned by the BDA, vide TPM: DLP-21/2012-13/1197/2012-13 dated 24/06/2013.

What is the process of registration and when does registration take place?

Registration will be done only on completion of the development and on payment of the entire sale consideration including the additional charges. Registration will be facilitated by us through an advocate appointed by Prestige.

What are the additional amounts to be paid?

BESCOM & BWSSB charges, GST, Generator charges, Khata assessment charges, Registration charges, Sinking fund, Advance maintenance charges and any other statutory charges/ duties as applicable.

Who will take care of the maintenance of Prestige Augusta Golf Village?

The maintenance will be taken care of by Prestige Property Management & Services, until formation of the Owners’ Association. Thereafter, the Association can continue to appoint PPMS for Maintenance on a contract basis

What is the scheme for maintenance?

Owners will have to pay advance Maintenance Charges on completion, covering 12 months from the date the Units are ready for occupation. Thereafter Maintenance Charges will have to be paid monthly/quarterly.

The scheme for maintenance is as under:

A sum of Rs. 50/- per sqft. Will be charged as the advance Maintenance Fee for the first year at the time of closing of your account. From the second year onwards, Maintenance Charges will be levied as decided by the Association/Prestige Property Management and Services. All future payments are to be made favoring the Property.

An additional sum of Rs. 50/- per sqft. Corresponding to the super built area will be collected as Sinking Fund. This amount will be deposited in an Escrow Account and the accruals will be used for major expenditure.
