Yes, we do arrange for site visits with prior appointments.

When do I get a confirmed allotment?

You will get a confirmed allotment upon the payment of 15% of the unit cost on or before 14 days of booking. The agreement to sell will be executed at this stage.

What is the process of registration and what are the additional charges to be made?

The sale deed registration on the undivided share (UDS) will be done upon the receipt of 100% payment by the customer as prescribed in the payment schedule and the completion of the construction of the unit. All statutory charges like the prevailing stamp duty, applicable registration charges & any incidental expense are to be borne by the customer.

Are the titles of the land clear?

The land is freehold, marketable and free from all encumbrances.

Can we verify the original documents?

Yes. In Prestige Bella Vista, as you go higher, the view of the lush green space and the state of the art club house is a unique experience. So from the first floor onwards a premium of Rs.15/sq ft per floor will be charged.

Has Prestige Bella Vista been approved by Housing Finance Institutions (HFIs)?

Yes, Prestige Bella Vista has been approved by all leading HFIs.

Will I get assistance from Prestige for processing the housing loan?

We will fully assist you in dealing with those HFIs who are empanelled with us. As far as other HFIs are concerned we will hand over to you all the necessary documents pertaining to Prestige Bella Vista. It will then be your responsibility to expedite the loan process and to ensure that the HFI makes payments to us as per the payment schedule.

What all are the other charges? Please provide the break up.

What happens if I cancel my booking?

Why would you want to miss out such an unprecedented product offering? However, if you do cancel your booking then 1% of the sale value will be forfeited as a cancellation fee along with the brokerage fee, if any, and the balance will be returned to you within one month without interest.

Can I make 100% down payment and if so will there be any discounts provided?

Yes, you can make a down payment. The discounts will be calculated based on the payment stages at which the customer makes the booking.

What are the charges for car parking and how is it allotted?

The charges will be Rs. 2,00,000/- per car park. It is allotted on a first come, first served basis.

Will there be charges for additional car parking?

We can provide additional car parking subject to the availability of space at the time of possession. This will be at an additional cost.

What is the maintenance charge?

We will collect a sum of Rs. 2.50/sq ft, which will be the advance maintenance charges for the first year post completion. From the 2nd year onwards it will be levied quarterly.

Is there any membership charge for the clubhouse?

No, membership is free for owners.

Can two apartments be bought and combined into one?

Sorry we really want to complete the project on schedule. Hence no combination or any customization can be permitted.
