1. Is it mandatory to sign an agreement and get empanelled to start doing business with Prestige ?

It is mandatory to sign the Channel Partner Agreement and get empanelled before you can start promoting and selling Prestige properties.

2. Can empanelment be done without RERA ?

RERA Certificate is mandatory to get empaneled with Prestige Group for promoting Prestige properties.

3. Can I empanel with RERA acknowledgement number?

You can apply for RERA and get in touch with our representatives to proceed.

4. Can empanelment be done only with RERA Certificate?

Along with RERA certificate other mandatory documents as detailed herein need to be submitted.

5. What are mandatory documents for Channel Partner empanelment?

Approved original RERA certificate, PAN Card (As per the entity type), Address proof of the person or the organisation (as per RERA name) GST certificate or No-GST Declaration (whichever is applicable) and Cancelled cheque.

6. Can I do business at multiple State with single state RERA certificate?

As per real estate (regulation and development) act, 2016 and real estate regulation and development rules framed thereunder by a state. You need to have RERA / specific certification of State in which you wish to promote Real Estate Projects.

7. Is GST Certificate mandatory?

For the individual or organisation whose annual income is 20 Lacs and above it is mandatory to submit the GST certificate.

8. Who needs to give No GST Declaration letter?

The individual or an organisation whose annual income is less than 20lacs. Need to give No GST self-declaration letter.

9. Is Cancelled Cheque Mandatory?

It is mandatory.

10. Is it mandatory to have name printed on the cancelled cheque?

It is mandatory.

11. Is it mandatory to have same name on cancelled cheque as per RERA name?

It is mandatory.

12. Is address proof mandatory?

It mandatory to have address proof as per RERA name.

13. Can I share the scanned copy of RERA and GST certificate?

We only accept original digital copy of RERA and GST certificate in pdf format.

14. Can I Share the scanned copy of PAN Card, Address proof and Cancelled cheque?

Yes, however the image/scanned copies need to be clear and readable.

15. Is it mandatory to take approval before marketing any project of Prestige?

It is mandatory to take prior approval before starting any kind of marketing activity (digital or physical) for any Prestige project. Non-compliance can lead to prosecution.

16. Is stamp and seal Mandatory?

Other than Individual channel Partner. It’s mandatory for all other entity type to have stamp/seal on documents.
